Welcome to North Iowa Golf's
Batting Cages and Golf Practice Areas
Batting Cages
We have two newly modified batting cages with pitching machines for fast pitch baseball and slow pitch softball. It is great for league softball teams, Little League Baseball, and anyone who enjoys "America's pastime." Speeds are adjustable to improve accuracy and consistency of the hitter. To use the batting cages, tokens are required.

Lighted Driving Range
The driving range has 20 tees on grass, 10 on mats, and 7 covered tee stations. Our range balls are of excellent quality for good distances, feel, and control. The range has distance markers for each driving area. Flags are used to mark the 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 yardages for the grass and mat tee stations. For the 7-covered tee stations 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 yardage markers are used. The driving range displays a maximum of 350 yards for the long ball hitter. The range is ideal for the beginning golfer and provides an excellent facility for the skilled golfer. To use the driving range, range balls can be purchased on the east end of the building. The cost for the buckets of range balls varies with the size. The range offers 3 different size buckets: a small bucket (30-35 balls), a large bucket (80-85 balls), and an extra large bucket (130-135 balls).

Sand Trap and Putting Practice Green
For the short game, North Iowa Golf comes fully equipped with a sand trap that hits into a net and a practice green for players who want to practice the part of the game that requires "touch." The practice green displays undulations (break) for a more realistic putting scenario. Range balls are provided for these areas. There is no cost to using the sand trap and the putting green.
